The Tech Director is responsible for overseeing the technical side of 14Four. They will establish best practices that will be used during our development cycle and will be a key figure in making sure our production process is being followed. The main goal of this role is to establish cutting edge tech across the board, ensure our work is being done well, and assist with production and process improvements. The person leading this will always be thinking about outside ways to work smarter vs harder.
