14Four is looking for a Backend Developer who is collaborative and intuitive. This position requires strong programming experience in languages such as Node or PHP, experience writing GraphQL or Rest APIs, and experience architecting and working with databases. AWS infrastructure and Docker are common requirements within our projects. A working understanding of those is a plus.

Provide Detailed & Organized Code

Backend Developers at 14Four show a great eye for detail, ensure that code is well organized, and provide clear comments for other team members to follow within their code.

Collaborate & Problem Solve

We ask all of our team to collaborate with others in order to meet deadlines and take inituitive when problem solving or exploring new software and techniques.

Testing & Debugging

A strong familiarity in deploying sites to hosting environments as well as knowledge in any testing and debugging required for cross-platform/cross-browser projects can be expected in the backend role at 14Four.
