Dedicated to providing value for a global client list, with a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, this group of trusted advisors were long overdue a brand refresh that mirrored their ambitions and continued to build upon a long standing level of professional growth. 14Four was brought on to assist with this new transition, developing a stunning new website that would be the foundation for Affinius Captial’s future investments.
Challenge
Capturing the earned reputation from the past 40 years was key. The new website needed to reflect that established heritage while embracing a new era of continued commitment to investors which required finding a perfect balance.

Working in harmony with our partners at Siegel+Gale, we were able to take the brand system they had created and produce a cohesive experience across the entire site, developing responsive and elegant layouts that mirrored the confidence and experience of Affinius Capital. Each user interaction and animation featured was carefully thought out to heighten the site engagement and it’s dynamic language and photography.
